Book an Event in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1 - Fill out the booking form

Once you are ready to book, click the Book Now button on the left to fill out the booking form.  Here you will be able to tell us all of the details about your event and select any upgrades.

Let us confirm the availability and details of your event, and we will email you a quote for your review.

Step 2 - Pay the deposit

Once you have reviewed and accepted our proposal, please click the button on the right to pay for your deposit here.  The $99 deposit must be paid in order for us to hold the booth for your event. 

 

Without the deposit, we do not guarantee that your booth will be available.  The deposit will be applied to the total of the rental.   Reservations can be cancelled with a complete deposit refund up to 48 hours prior to your event.

Step 3 - Fill out the overlay questionnaire

By filling this out, our team will have the information needed to create your customized template. You will be able to choose up to 3 images.  This is a fun way for people to have a keepsake from your event.
